We have lost a stalwart of the City of Boston . Joe's keen legal capabilities , his compassion & sense of humor will leave a tremendous void in the legal community .I will cherish our golfing ventures & lunches @ Tammies (now the Green Dragon ) & his infectious laugh . God Bless Joseph & my sincerest condolences to his beloved family . Joe was so proud of you all & you were always his driving force .

I am sorry to learn of Joe's passing. I worked with him in city government and saw first hand his dedication to the law and compassion for people. Please accept my sympathy for your loss. Unfortunately, I'm out of town and won't be able to attend the services. But, Joe will be in my prayers.
