Dear Deb, Pat & Christa,
Michaela & I were so very sorry to hear of your Mom (Grandmother's) death. She was a very special lady. She always made me laugh and treated Michaela like one of her own. I will always treasure our times at Bubbling Brook and talk about our "shared birthdays". We will pray for her and remember her with much love. With our deepest sympathy, Kathy & Michaela Scarpone (& Mike too)

DEAR ERNIE, DEBBIE AND FAMILY,
WHAT CAN I SAY....WE HAVE KNOWN EACH OTHER FOREVER, FIRST OUR DADS ON THE BPD AND THEN OUR FAMILIES BECAME SO VERY CLOSE, WE WERE TOGETHER EVERY WEEKEND EITHER IN J.P. OR MATTAPAN. WE HAD THE BEST TIMES EVER! I LOVED YOUR MOM VERY MUCH, JUST RECENTLY WHEN SHE WAS BRINGING HER BROTHER TO FAULKNER EVERY WEEK, SHE ALWAYS POPPED HER HEAD INTO MY OFFICE TO SAY HELLO! THAT WAS KATIE, EVERYONES FRIEND. EVEN MY GIRLS LOVED KATIE, SHE WAS THEIR NANA'S "SPECIAL" FRIEND. WE WILL ALL MISS HER VERY MUCH, BUT WE HAVE THE WONDERFUL MEMORIES WE SHARED TO HOLD ON TO. MAY YOUR CHERISHED MEMORIES HELP YOU THROUGH THIS VERY SAD TIME. WE LOVE YOU AND ARE THINKING OF YOU AND PRAYING FOR YOU.
LOVE ALWAYS, JUNE (AMERENA) LLOYD, JILL AND JAMIE PIERCE

To the D'Amato Family - Big Katie, as she was known, as my mother is Little Katie, will most definitely be missed. She had a great sense of humor and was always a pleasure to be around. She was not only a close cousin to my mother but was also a very close friend. The old gang from Southie is slowly re-uniting in Heaven and I know that this close bunch will be welcoming Katie with open arms and awaiting to hear her jokes. Katie left this earth the same day as Charlton Heston did and I am sure when she met Charlton at the gates of Heaven she would say to him “Tell St. Peter I am with you and that should be my ticket in, cause after all you are Moses”. God Bless You Katie

Dear kay's family and friends,
I worked with kay at the glover hospital and she truly was a great
inspiration to me. I always went to her for advice and her sense of humor always made me laugh. I am
truly shock that i will not see her again. Her visits back to the lab when she came in always left us laughing. Her outlook on life was always positive and i will never forget
how she touched my life. I am so grateful that i was able to have someone like her in my life. thank you
kay, love and god bless, janice.
