Dear Marge, Linc Jr and Family,
I was so sad when I heard of Lincs passing. He was such a wonderful man with a smile on his face. I will always remember being down the cape at Dunfeys at a superintendents conf. and serving him with my daughter Britney and his big feet. Brit spilled a bucket of
dip on his huge shoes. He just laughed and said she is going to be a great waitress someday. Well Linc she often thinks of you when someones feet are in the way. There couldn't possibly be anybodys feet as big as Mr. Lynch's. We will miss you and my dad will truly miss you.

Dear Lynch Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with each of you during your time of mourning. I can only remember Dr Lynch as the true loving, caring, devoted father and number one Sachem cheerleader! I can still hear his "big" laugh and see his smile. You should all be very proud of him, he touched so many people in a positive way. I am sorry for your loss.

Dear Tom and all the Lynch Family: I know how much Dad meant to all of you. I met your dad many years ago and remember him as being large of heart, intellect, spirit and stature. Your father has left a tremendous legacy of bright, successful and polite children and grandchildren, not to mention his beloved wife of many years. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Your dad was a great man and I have tons of happy memories with not only your dad but with all of you! The best of all memories is going swimming at Ted Williams camp piled in the station wagon and stopping for an ice cream at the Dairy Queen!!! Mr. Lynch was truly an icon in Middleboro who will never be forgotten.

Mrs. Lynch and Family,
Please accept our most sincere condolences and sympathy. I will always remember Dr. Lynch marching in the back of the Chowder band, calling out numbers and keeping the whole band on track. As a little girl, I thought he was the biggest man in the world! My mother and father thought so much of him and spoke so kindly of him and your whole family-he was a true and honest man who will remain in our thoughts and hearts. Marge and family,
You are all being held warmly in my thoughts and prayers. Linc always acted in the best interests of the students and the citizens of the town . This was evident during the years I worked as a newspaper correspondent for The Enterprise, and the years I served on the various school building committees. He was always a gentleman. I know his death will leave a big void in your family life and my prayers are with you. I am sorry I cannot be there with you all.

I worked as the Administrative Secretary of
the East Bridgewater Schools for Supt. Gordon Mitchell and used to have wonderful conversations with him.When Dr. Lynch was President of MASS, I was President of the Mass Assoc. of School Secretaries. He was a great mentor to me, and was one of the
speakers at our conference in Hyannis. We renewed our friendship when he would come into the pharmacy where my husband
worked at Everett Square. I will treasure my
memories of him.

Linc was one of a kind. Snow days, you have to be kidding, I believe the rule in Middleboro was "when the snow gets as high as my knees we will consider a snow day off for school."
We were so blessed to have Linc run this school system for so many years.
Linc's legacy is broad and deep. His family and people who worked for him, and friends are all richer for having shared time with him.

To The Lynch Family;
How saddened I was to hear about your father's passing. I will always remember your Dad with a smiling face, always a nice word to say, marching in the 4th of July parade. He will be truly missed.
I still tell the story to my kids how your Dad would not cancel school due to snow because it was not up to his knees! Know that he is in a better place, and will be smiling down on all of you. You were lucky to have such a wonderful Dad. Thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.
