Of Needham, June 17. Beloved wife of the late Robert D. Whalen. Loving mother of Maureen W. Balboni of Newtonville, Jeanne M. Pileski and her husband Robert of Canton, Debra W. Bowie and her husband Daniel of Newburyport, Robert D. Whalen, Jr. and his wife Kim of Hanover, NH. Loving grandmother of Jessica Balboni, Kathryn Pileski, Kendall, Andrew, and the late Dana Bowie, Matthew and Kathleen Whalen. Sister of Helen Bainbridge of Princeton, NJ. WWII Marine Veteran. Former member of Glover Memorial Hospital Aid Association, Manager of the Glover Memorial Hospital Coffee Shop for 18 years. Funeral Service in the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Avenue, NEEDHAM, Thursday at 10AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visitation Thursday morning prior to service 9AM-10AM.
