Of Sharon, entered into rest July 4, 2008, at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Marilyn (Frank) Stewart. Devoted father of Glenn and his wife Robin Stewart of Sharon, & Laurie & her husband Eugenie Garcia of Easthampton. Loving brother of Arnold Stewart of FL and Barry Stewart of Stoughton. Cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Jamie, Gabriela and Alex. Services will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington St., Canton, Sunday, July 6, 2008 at 1:00 PM. Interment Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon MA. Memorial observance will be at Sanford's late residence following the interment and on Monday & Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Sanford may be made to the Friends of Sharon Council of Aging, 219 Massapoag Avenue & Dubinsky Drive, Sharon, MA 02067 or to the American Diabetes Association 330 Congress St., 5th Flr, Boston, MA, 02210. Marilyn, what is there to say, we will always think of Sandy with friendship, opera, and loving thoughts. You know he was one of my favorate people. I always enjoyed being around him.
