Eileen Cook Obituary

Passed away in her sleep at 1:10 PM on the 2nd of July 2008. She was born and raised in Revere, and graduated from Revere High School. She was a Registered Nurse at Boston City Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Carroll T. Cook; son, Carroll Dennis Cook & his wife Donna of WV; daughters, Judith Ann Sullivan & her husband Frank of HI, Sandra Jeanne Harrold & her husband Richard of SC, Theresa Lee Winfield & her husband Robert of NC; sons, Timothy Eugene Cook & his wife Erin of FL, Thomas Andrew Cook & his wife Pamela of UK; daughters, Mary Elizabeth Cook of FL, Patricia Eileen Stiles & her husband Raymond of FL, Barbara Ellen Sutherland & her husband David of MD. Eileen is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 4 nephews, 4 nieces & one sister-in-law, Bette McKenna of FL. A Funeral will be held from Porcella Funeral Home, 876 Winthrop Ave., (Beachmont), REVERE Tuesday at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church,. 133 Beach St., Revere. Visiting hours Monday, 4-8. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
