I just read of Carrie's passing in the Sangamon State/University of Illinois newsletter. Carrie and I were classmates in the PAR program. I will always remember her spark, spunk & smile, not to mention her talent. I hope your happy memories help you through this sad time.

Dear Family,
I had the honor of being Carrie's hair stylist for several years while working in Waltham, and enjoyed her quick wit. She was such a great mother,as well as a gifted writer and friend.
Her gifts will be sadly missed.
God's love to you all.

I was shocked to hear of Carrie's passing and my thoughts and prayers are with her family.
I had the wonderful opportunity to meet and work with Carrie at Bentley.
We got together several times a year to talk about marketing materials and she was always so upbeat and pleasant to deal with.
She will be missed.

Alysis and Lindsey,
I was so saddened to hear of your loss. Your mom was terrific and so wonderful to work with in every capacity in which I knew her…parent, writer, and teacher. My thoughts are with you and your family at this time.

To the Richardson Family, we are so sorry for your loss. We will always remember Carrie as a warm and friendly person who always had something nice to say about everyone. We will never forget our weekend away in Vermont with the Richardson family and how an unexpected visitor "Buster" the squirrel stole the show. To commemorate the event, Carrie bought a ceramic yard squirrel who had a striking resemblance to "Buster", which she placed at her doorstep in Waltham for all to see. We miss you Carrie! Love, the Marchese Family
