To Lee and the McBurnie family:
Walter was a dear friend of the Cercone family and there are many memories I will always remember growing up. I just learned of his death and wanted you all to know that he will be in my thoughts and prayers. You were always family to us and we will never forget Walter's wit and friendship. Take care!

Mr. McBurnie,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USN during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
