Bob, was my neighbor, who welcomed me to Boston. I was there for training in Rheumatology to prepare for entering the Air Force as a Rheumatologist. Bob became so important to me that I acquired a "Country Ham" for his wedding with the help of my parents in North Carolina. God bless Bob & his family. Love, Francis Dove, using my wife's email.

Bob was one of the most important friends I ever had. As a young person he opened my mind and helped me in so many ways. I wish I had stayed more in touch with him over the years, and am deeply saddened that he is gone.

I was so sad to hear of the passing of one of the most loving, spiritual and kind people I ever had the great joy to meet and know. I worked for Bob at Time Warner, he truly was a wonderful teacher and friend. I will always remember with fondness his amazing smile and appreciation for good food. Rest in peace my dear friend, you will be missed.

What a wonderful man! Bob was like no other. In our early years at Time Warner, Bob designed my first brochure for my side business. Even when I tested his patience, he remained so gracious and helpful. Bob was a saint! I can only imagine that Bob's sweet superb self was needed elsewhere.

I only knew Bob for a brief period, but in the year or two I knew him, I found someone who demonstrated a great love for all he came into contact with, and shared that caring in every interaction.
I was introduced to Bob over iChat by a mutual friend, back when I first went Mac. Later we found a mutual love, the play, Hairspray. We had many enjoyable moments speaking about the different performances we had seen, and comparing the play to the movie.
Thank you Bob....for the experience of knowing you. It has been a pleasure!

My deepest condolences to Bob's family who he always spoke about with such love and fondness.
Bob was a former colleague at Time Warner Cable, and I proudly say a good friend for 23 years.
I shall always remember Bob's spirituality, wisdom, creativity, wit and love/appreciation for good food. His spirit will definitely live on.
The sun will continue to rise and set, but on July 16 a very specail person left the world as we know it for another as he uniquely believed it to be.
He will be greatly missed.
Love,
Lucia

To Bob's family...I am so sorry for your loss. I worked for Bob at Time Warner Cable. He was one of the kindest people I have ever met.
There was no one like him. Bob's ability to view life with a positive outlook was a gift that he shared with me often and encouraged me to do as well.
I will miss him but he will remain in my heart forever

My deepest sympathies to all of Bob's family. He was such a kind and loving person and will be missed.
I first met Bob at an Atari computer show back in the 80's. We both moved on to Macs and shared an interest in Desktop Publishing and prepress work. I also helped Bob develop his Spirituality database and had shared some thoughts on this just a few days before his untimely death.
Bob spent several days with us in the "swamps" of Florida and I was delighted by his reaction to his trip to the alligator farm. Bob acted as our host on a trip we made to Boston for a computer show. I remember his taking us to a mom and pop family style restaurant where he an I stuffed our faces with fresh Maine lobster.
Oh, Bob, I will miss your smiling face!
Love, Dee Dee (aka "Swampy")
