Our deepest sympathies to Joe's sisters and family. There was no better friend to us than Uncle Joe. What ever the issue, work, co-workers or political enemies, Joe was a fountain of knowledge and support. He was a hard worker, and true Uncle to file room staff. He will be terribly missed!!!!!
