I have so many wonderful memories of hanging out with you, Gerry and all the "boys"..in PTown, seeing you all sing your hearts out with the BGMC, and at parties celebrating one thing or another. I imagine Gerry and DJ are up there, somewhere, doing some celebrating together again. We will continue to mourn the loss of the day to day presence of wonderful friends and loved ones like them, but hopefully we can find some comfort it envisioning them at peace wherever they are.
Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
With deepest sympathy,
Karin Burke-Lewis

Rick and I send our love. Remember when Gerry dragged Rick away from the baccarat table in Monte Carlo? Or when you guys videotaped us on "The Newlywed Game" and Gerry made me crack up onstage? What fun we shared with RSVP and BGMC and GMCW and GALA. As we sang together in Symphony Hall... "We are a family."

Cliff:
My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know you are hurting but are also happy to have had Gerry by your side for all those years.
Gerry was one of the first to welcome me to the Tenor 1 Section of the BGMC some 20 years ago. His voice and great humor made singing enjoyable and fun. My greatest memory was of doing a duet with Gerry as a part of the BayStatemen set saluting the passage of the Massachusetts Gay Rights Bill before a sold out house in Symphony Hall.
His laugh rings in my memories today as if he were sitting next to me.
Love,
Dave Lee, former BGMC T1

Cliff,
I am so sorry for your loss. Even with all of my travels, I have never forgotten the bus trip through New England in '92 when all we could laugh about was "Poppy Seed Cake" in Maine.
I shall keep his name in my prayers.

Cliff you boys were in my mind about a month ago. I'm so sorry for your loss and am grateful that my friend had such a loving and caring partner to help him with his passage to a better place. I would love to make the memorial...will there be singing from the chorus? Give me a call 843-367-8043 when you get some time. Much love!
