Frederick F. Driscoll

Passed away July 31, 2008 at the VA hospital in Bedford MA. Mr. Driscoll was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars, serving as Commander of VFW Post 1628 of Bedford MA and Post 2104 of No. Andover, MA. Mr. Driscoll retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service in 1972. He worked as a supervisor for W. E. Andrews Printers in Bedford MA, retiring in 1997. Surviving Mr. Driscoll is his wife of 30 years, Sigrid U. (Maeland) Driscoll of Bradford, MA. His children; Catherine T. Flemming of PA, Mary E. Vigeant of MA, Frederick F. Driscoll, Jr. of CO, Mark J. Driscoll of FL, grandchildren Gilbert & Steven Vigeant of MA, Sean Flemming of PA and Sean Driscoll of CO, brothers Lawrence J. Driscoll of NH, Allen "Cyd" Driscoll of VA as well as several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2008 from 2-4pm at the Conte Funeral Home, 17 Third St, NO. ANDOVER, MA 01845. A funeral service will be held on Monday, Aug. 3, 2008 at 11 am at Conte Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in the National Veteran's Cemetery in Bourne, MA.
