Of Newton, July 31, 2008. Beloved husband of Ann Marie (Barry). Devoted father of David and his wife Sally of Marstons Mills, Gail Wood and her husband Steven of Tuscon, AZ. Brother of William Hudson of Wellesley, Mary Flanagan of Medway, Pearl Barley of Alabama, Albert E. hudson and the late Emily MacLeod, Frances Atkinson and Florence Huard. Loving grandfather of Kiersten Wood. A Funeral service will be held in the Newton Cemetery Chapel, 791 Walnut St., Newton Centre, Monday August 4 at 11 A.M. Visiting hours in the Blackington, Conroy & Hayes Funeral Home, 1479 Washington St., (Rte. 16), West Newton, Sunday from 3-7 P.M. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Retired Newton Fire fighter.
