Another great Mcdonough has passed, Gerard, Chris and Kim please accept my condolence. He will be greatly missed. I too will always remember him with his pipe and his arm always around your mother no matter where they were together, and that's where he is now with her in Heaven, and if I know the other Mcdonough's up there ,they will be gathering around him to play a round of golf .

We had worked with Tom at Forest Hills Electric Co. He was a wonderful friend. He always spoke of his children and grandchildren. and the happy memories with his wife Maryann. We will miss him dearly.
We loved you Tom. And we will miss you. GOD BLESS

Gerard, Chris and Kim, You already know this but I just wanted to say that you are very lucky to have such great parents. I remembered whenever your Mom and Dad would walk down the street holding hands, your Mom looking glamorous and your Dad with his scaly Cap and his pipe, there was a sense of love and happiness that you don't see too often. The love they shared together really shows in the way they brought you up. One of the nicest memories of growing up with you guys is seeing your parents walking up Boylston St. smiling and holding hands. I feel lucky to have spent time with Mr. McDonough and listening to stories, him telling me how proud he is of all of you, how much he enjoys being with his grandchildren, watching you grow into great dads' & husbands', how happy he is that you brought Eileen & Maria into the family but also how much he missed your Mom. This must be so hard for all of you but you have to know in your hearts that he is happy and he/they will always be there in spirit. I just want you all to know that I am here for you and I love you guys!
XO Lisa
