Of Somerville, August 15, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Robert P. Lyons Sr. Loving mother of Robert P. Jr. of Somerville, Edward L. of Medford, Mary Cathy Harrington of Somerville, David of IL and the late Michael J. Lyons. Sister of F. William Shine of Peabody and the late Mary Foley, Dorothy Jellison, Virginia Seabrook, Charles, Hugh and John Shine. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral procession from the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) SOMERVILLE, Tuesday morning at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Ann Church, Somerville at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends invited. Calling hours Monday 4-8pm. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimers Assoc, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown MA 02472. My mother Rita is a resident at the Courtyard and I was sad to hear of Eileen's passing. I would always see Bob visiting her and know that she meant a lot to your family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
