Loving husband of Jeanette G. (Quigley) Doherty. Father of Francis J. and his wife Lisa Doherty of Westford, Kathleen and her husband Stephen O'Donnell of Dracut, a step-son, Daniel Walsh, a step-daughter and her husband, Jayne and George Phelan of Chelmsford, a step-daughter-in-law, Nancy Walsh of Brookline NH, a former daughter-in-law, Sandra Heck of Rocklin CA, ten cherished grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. No Visiting hours. A private Memorial Service was held yesterday at the Dolan Funeral Home, 106 Middlesex St., CHELMSFORD. Burial in Mt. Feake Cemetery, Waltham. Memorials may be made in his name to the Hospice of Nashoba Nursing Service, 2 Shaker Rd., Suite D225, Shirley, MA 01464-2525. Arrangements by Dolan Funeral Home 978-251-4041.
