Ann F. Bulman

In New Haven Aug. 19, 2008, Ann FitzSimmons Bulman, wife of the late Dr. John B. Bulman of 111 South Shore Dr., East Haven, formerly of New Britain. She was born in Boston December 9, 1922, daughter of the late Henry and Grace Rogers FitzSimmons. She was a retired Home Economics teacher, having taught in the Boston public school system, and she was a graduate of Framingham State University in 1944. She is survived by her 7 grateful children, Mary (Mark) Ledwell of Charlemont, MA, John (Raquel) Bulman of Manhattan Beach, CA, Francis D. (Christina) Bulman of Tyngsboro, MA, Ann (Glenn) Gotschall of Houston, TX, Peter G. (Gail) Bulman of Syracuse, NY, Margaret (Al) Ippolito of Branford, CT and Claire (Thomas) Vinick of Moyock, NC; her sister Grace Fay of Winchester, MA; 20 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sisters, Elizabeth Scannell, Jean Kiszeli and Mary FitzSimmons. She was a devoted wife and mother who dedicated her life to lovingly serving her God, her husband and her family. Funeral from the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 504 Main St., Branford, CT. Friday morning at 9:30 for a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary Church, Branford, at 10:00. Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery, Branford.
