Dear Michele and Dee Dee
I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. You've lost a wonderful father and I've lost a wonderful friend.
My loving thoughts are with you always.

Dear Dee Dee and Michelle (and families):
We were so sorry to hear about your Dad and our thoughts have been with you over this past week. Our parents lives have been so interwined, haven't they? It's good to have all the photo albums, baby books, and home movies, to help us remember. And they were all good memories. I'm happy they both made the trip to Rockport not too long ago and that we had the chance to see you all at the wedding. I like to imagine that Paula and Vinnie were waiting there, eager to greet him. (Hope they all behave themselves up there).
Again, so sorry about your(our?) loss. Take care everyone...

Dear Michele, Paul, Danielle, and Ashley,
We are sharing in your sadness at this time. Your Dad and Grandfather loved and cherished all of you. May God be with you and your family always. And may your memories always be happy ones.

Angie and Paula were my landlords for many years. I remember them both with affection, and know that they are together again now, and at peace. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
