Dear Shelley,

Please accept my condolences on the passing of your mother. She was a wonderful and kind person. I recall as if it were yesterday her infectious smile and laugh. I consider my life to have been enriched by knowing her. Share my regrets with Chuck, Sharon and Charlene (fondly remembered as "Peachy").
