I feircely looked up to just in Middle School and Son in high school she was so different in the way she presented herself her fashion and her art she was a free spirit and also a comic genius. I loved her unconditionally I never really knew how she felt about me but to me he was always a great source of inspiration and Hope for the rest of us and our future on this planet. I'll never forget you Jocelyn and I'll never stop giving thanks to you and your legacy.

I miss her so much. I don't know if there's any right or wrong thing to say... who among us has the experience with these sort of things to know what's right and what's wrong... but know that she was and is still greatly loved. And for those of us that know no God, know that she is proof of something divine; a true infinite spirit. That gives me hope. Much love.

"...Sail forth--steer for the deep waters only,
Reckless O soul, exploring, I with thee, and thou with me,
For we are bound where mariner has not yet dared to go,
And we will risk the ship, ourselves and all.

O my brave soul!
O farther farther sail!
O daring joy, but safe! are they not all the seas of God?
O farther, farther, farther sail!"

I am so sorry...

To Gary and Lynn,

I most remember Jocelyn at our house when you came to the parade in Newburyport. She spent the entire afternoon rearranging my dollhouse--and did a great job. I was saddened to hear of her death and think of your tremendous loss. Just know that your old friends share your pain.

Take care, Sue and Scott Quinlan

I have to say.. you should be so proud of this amazing person who blessed us all with her presence. Nothing better than that girl's stories of the things she got to do in her life. She was one of the most enjoyable and hillarious people I've ever met! Class is a lot quieter now.. way boring without the homeless tomatoe pictures she drew along with the other crazy veggies. We hope to see you at NEHA sometime to know you are doing well! :] Peace and love.

She was such a bright beautiful girl. Always smiling and making us laugh at New England Hair academy. She had such a good thing going for her with school and work and everything. I remember the last thing she was all excited about was the new highlights in her hair! She will be missed and I would like to send my condolences to her family and friends. Im very very sorry for your tragic loss.

Callahan Family:

I do not know you or Jocelyn but I wonder 'why' sometimes and I remember there are no answers other than she must be a very special angel needed for a very special job in heaven. Peace to the family and seek help from others at this most difficult time. A reader

My sweet wonderful friend. I dont usually like girls all that much but I can honestly say that i connected and felt closer to you than almost anyone else Ive ever met. You were amazing at everything you did, way smarter than people ever gave you credit for, artistic, hilarious, everything. You were always there for me and I cant even imagine what the rest of my life will be like without you there to laugh with, and have babies with and go shopping.

I love you always

I only knew Jocelyn for a little over a year, but in that short time it became apparent that my soul had been searching for hers for many years before that.

From now on her laughter, spunk and style will forever be a ruler against which I measure my own life. For me, she was and will forever be an angelic creature, stolen too early.

However difficult, it is important to remember the life lessons she taught through her amazing capacity for love and understanding, and remember her the way she lived, vivacious, passionate, and stunningly beautiful... inside and out.

My heart is broken, and I will miss her like I do now for the rest of my life. She didn't mean the world; she was the world to me.

Rest in peace, my beautiful little vixen. I'll be thinking of you every single day.
