Hope is a spirit a name a wish a promise a person a woman I miss. Her values and guidance were all duly noted as she in my life, to family and friends devoutly devoted. What I knew of her life might bring shame, pain and disgrace to anyone's face. Always firm yet kind, to me, one of a kind. I was her Flowerchild, though not born from her womb, she nurtured me and yes fed me when I came to her home. She was and is a great lady, for I miss her kind ways. She's an example for all of us, in my heart she stays. Strong, Black, Diverse and proud, a woman of great value, I will tell all out loud. Though not physically near, she's always been for me, quite dear, to my value and worth since before my birth as will be long after we both are gone. A legacy of love, devotion and faith with kindness and surrender in the face of fate. The expression of the word HOPE comes from a position of despair and that all will be better because we care. Hope to me, is the essence of caring and grace that brings great joy yet sorrow for I'll miss seeing her face.

Looking towards the sky each morning in memory of you mom

Dear Mom
May your journey bring peace within the internal spirit and may god extend his hand towards you. May God offer comfort, and bring understanding as this is your time to ask question regarding the meaning of your past here on earth, and all of our relation who will soon gather around you that have left this earth before you.

I will truly honor and respect this journey of yours as this is just a reminder of the true nature of (“body of life here on earth”) which is a gift given to all and the grater gift is knowing we will have a extended journey towards being near you in memory only…

Although I would like to think that I have all the answer regarding your new journey towards god… I can only make an image or visualization into mind… May this be a happy journey as I will be extending myself further each day during the sunrise here on earth and thinking of your peaceful journey towards god.

Your loving son Michael G. Beckett
