Mr. Scannell,
Sir, as a fellow Marine I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for our Country-first when you served in the USMC during the Vietnam War and secondly for the citizens of Belmont when you served with the BFD. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
