HAYES, John C. Of Hyde Park, formerly of Galway Ireland, September 20, age 83. Beloved husband of Mary (O'Malley). Devoted father of Marie O'Sullivan of Westwood, Eileen Michaud of Westwood, John of Bellingham, Ann Cronin of Attleboro, Margaret Feyler of Attleboro and Patrick of Hyde Park. Cherished brother of Mary Murphy of Cape Cod, Sheila Cashman of Natick, Una Hayes of Boston, Bridget Gibbons of NH, Catherine Burke, Ilene Shaugnessey and Patty Hayes all of Galway Ireland and the late Annie Phillip, Martin and Michael. Loving "Papa" of 16 grandchildren and the late Thomas C. and also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws. Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, Thursday morning at 8. Funeral Mass in St. Anne's Church, Readville at 9, relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Wednsday evening 5-8. Childrens room available. Please, in lieu of flowers, all donations can be made to St. Anne's School, 79 W. Milton St., Readville MA 02136 or the Thomas C. Dear Mary and family,

Our deepest sympathies are with you during this time. We are sorry that we were not able to attend Jack's funeral, as "Joe" was flying back home when he passed away. Jack was one funny man. We will miss his visits home to Skinahinch in Woodford and the cup of tea. May he rest in peace.
