THERE WILL NEVER BE A BETTER 1ST GRADE TEACHER THAN MRS. DOWD. MY SISTERS AND BROTHER ALL HAD HER FOR OUR FIRST GRADE TEACHER 40 YEARS AGO AND STILL TALK FONDLY ABOUT HER.
