Peter M. Kontos

KONTOS, Peter M."Shotgun" 49, of 38 Champagne Avenue, Belmont, NH died September 22, 2008. He was born November 2, 1958 in Boston, Massachusetts, the son of Michael and Josephine (Prato) Kontos. Peter was a resident of Arlington, MA before moving to Belmont, NH eleven years ago. He was the devoted husband of Holly (Nelson) Kontos, of Belmont; the proud father of two sons, Peter Michael Kontos, Jr. of Billerica, Mass. and Jacob Scott of Concord, NH; the loving son of Josephine Kontos, of Arlington, MA, a caring brother and brother-in-law to Kathy & Lou Lashon, of Northwood, NH and a favorite uncle to Taryn and Curtis. He is also survived by his Aunty Betty, Thea Klara and many cousins and his former wife, Trish Scott, of Concord, NH. He was predeceased by his father, Michael Kontos. There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 1:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.
