Of Framingham, formerly of Jamaica Plain and Waltham, September 28, 2008. Wife of the late Andrew J. Purcell. Mother of Andrea Purcell Wong of Brewster and the late Stephen L. Purcell. Mother-in-law of Christine B. (Smigrocki) Purcell of Needham and the late Howard W. Wong. Grandmother of Andrew L. Purcell. Godmother of Judith Spang of Winchester. Sister of the late Richard L. Spellman. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9:30 AM. Thursday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, (Rte. 20), WALTHAM followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street, Waltham at 10:30 AM. Burial will be in Mount Benedict Cemetery, West Roxbury. Visiting hours Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM.
