Mr. Smith,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice-first for the U.K. when you served with the British Army as a Scots Guardsman and also for the citizens of London when you served as a Police Officer. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
