I found out today about Dan's death, and was very saddened by the news.
I will remember him as a warm man, who deeply loved his family, and his friends. My sympathy and prayers go out to all of you.

Mr. Torney,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army-especially as a member of the 3rd Infanty Regiment-the "Old Guard"-guarding the Tomb of the Unkown Soldiers at Arlington National Cemetary in Rain or Shine 24/7. And to your family and loved ones, I wihs to extend my deepest sympathy.
