TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS
I was very blessed to have had Karen as a friend. We didn't talk or visit often but when we did I realized that true friendship came from the heart because it never skips a beat.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Karen. She was a wonderful and loving person. A smile and a joy to be around, I worked with her at the McCormack Middle School. My deepest sympathy to the family.

I worked with Karen for a number of years at the McCormack School until we retired together. I have so many good memories of Karen - such a lovely, kind and competent person. It was such a relief to be able to send a student "in crisis" to talk with Ms. Mallory - and to know that she would provide warm and loving support. She will certainly be missed!

To Karen Mallory's family, my sympathy for your loss. I am among the many who worked with Karen at the Boston Public Schools, where she was valued for her professionalism and competence and well liked for her warmth and kindness. Karen was one of the established Chapter 636 grant fund managers when I was hired from outside the sytem to work with all the grants. Karen remains in my memory as one who reached out to help me do my work, and reached out to pull me into her circle of colleagues. She was a lovely person whose example helped the rest of us be better people.

To Teddy,Ilonga and Gia;
My deepest sympathies go out to you. I feel so blessed to have seen her with you on my last visit. I know how committed and caring you all were to her and I know she felt loved. Now that she is at peace, may you all finally "exhale" and take time to remember her in the best of times with all the funniest and loving memories you can recall. Celebrate the amazing life and energy that she once was. May God keep you and comfort you. Love always, Vicky Andrade

To Karen:

Though we never know where life will take us ,I know its just a ride on the wheel. And we never know when death will shake us and we wonder how it will feel.

So goodbye my friend Karen. I know i'll never see you again, but the time together through all the years will take away these tears.
