Grace & Leo
I am saddened to hear that your dad has passed away. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I use to live almost across the street from you, and remember you as small children. At one point, I trained your dad when he, for a short time joined the ambulance. He will live on forever in those he has touched.

My sympathies to Leo's Family. My relationship with Leo was limited to being a youth baseball coach who called on Leo to umpire some of our games. I would see him on the ball field and always enjoy our brief interaction. As a coach, you hope your players treat the game and everyone on the field with respect. It is always nice to see the respect returned by an umpire. Leo was always professional. He treated the game, the coaches and most importantly, the young players with respect. Youth baseball in our area has lost a fan, a supporter and a guy who coaches would always like to see walking towards the field before the game. Rest in Peace Leo.

It's hard to believe that someone who was so full of life is gone. My family will remeber all the times we got together with Leo and all the laughs we had with him. Leo was a great friend and I looked foward to watching him act in the plays that he was in. My kids fondest memory of Leo is when he put them in a box like a present. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. Jody and Dan Smith

Uncle Leo was a funny and loving person. He will be missed by so many and never forgotten. We will never forget his moment of fame catching the ball at Fenway on national TV. Gracie and Leo Jr. always know you have us if you need anything... I mean anything.

I enjoyed watching you on stage with Raymond Arts. My son Ed admired your work and working with you on stage, and your Red Sox stories. You had a bigger impact on some of the Raymond youth than you realize and you will be remembered with a smile by several students and their parents.

RIP Leo - you will be missed very much by myself and my family. I will always remember the long talks on the phone as we tried to track down Leo and Lita. I know how much you liked Lita, I always found comfort in that and I hope you find comfort in knowing they will be best friends for ever. Rest in Peace!
