Rhonda Walsh
October 6, 2008
My name is Rhonda Walsh (Astrofsky), the daughter of the late Barbara Carlow (Saltzman) and I heard many good things about Aunt Bessie from my Aunt Debbie. I was told how generous she was with the family, and the clothes that came every year from her so that all 6 girls would have nice things to wear to school. I heard that she was religious, gracious, and generous to her family.
She lived a long life that was full. I was told that she still took "the Ride" to the social groups she belonged to, and at her age, I would like follow in her footsteps.
I never met her, and for this I am sorry. Or if I did meet her, I was too young to know.
I do offer my condolences to her graddaughter with whom she lived, and her great grandchildren that also lived with her, and any and all family members that have lost a wonderful role model, and a tough act to follow.
G-d Bless her, and may she have peace now in her rest from this life. Respectfully, Rhonda Walsh (Astrofsky)
