To Al Cangiano, Jr and Family:
I am so sorry for your loss. Al Senior was both my dentist and my first husband's dentist. We knew him back in the 50's when he had his office in Medford Square upstairs from Harmony Supply. My husband also had an office there and that's how we met. We followed him to his new office, where I still travel from Beverly to have my dental work done. It's worth the trip. Please accept my condolences. I am sorry that I didn't get the news until after the funeral or I would have attended. I still have the memory of him coming to my husband's wake (21 yrs. ago) when he passed away. How many Dentists would do that. He was an exceptional human being.

To The Cangiano Family: I still remember the first time I visited the dentist office of Dr. Cangiano Sr. I think I was two years old. Believe it or not, I always enjoyed my appointments with him. Every time I hear someone whistling, I think of him. He really me and my husband and kids laugh all the time. He will be missed by so many. Our condolences to you all.

To the Cangiano Family,
Thoughts, prayers, and loving memories are extended to your family on the loss of Dr. Cangiano. As so many have already expressed, Dr. Cangiano made a trip to the dentist office entertaining. Aside from being a wonderful doctor, he was an ever larger than life humanitarian. Generations of the Barry family, both my immediate, and extended relatives alike will miss him dearly and think of him fondly forever.

To The Cangiano Family.
Our Sincere condolence to your family. We are very sorry of his loss. He has been our family dentist for long time. He gave me his home phone and personally open the office on a Sunday morning to take care one of my molar. He loved talking about food, especially the Christmas Eve fish feast and Easter Pizza Chiena.
He was a great man and we will miss him very much.
On behalf of our family we send our deepest sympathy to you all.

My sincere condolences to the family at this time. Barbara was my student and I remember how supportive her family was during her college years. They all came to her pinning and I remember how proud they were that Barbara now was part of the dental profession also.

My sisters and I were just 3 of Dr. Al's many children patients . We never minded going to him. He did make cavities fun. He would sing and try to drown out the drill,(that did'nt work)and he always had the latest copies of HI-LIGHT magazines. My sincere condolences to his family.....he was a great person and always remembered our names,
Judy(McCarthy),Ginny(Azzolino)and Kathy Mercurio(he liked me best)

I was so sorry to read of Al's death. He was one of my favorite people and I often visited when I was in Medford, although it was been a long time since I last saw him. He always referred to me as his first patient. Please accept my sympathy. I know he will me missed but remember you never say good bye to anyone for the last time. I know he is happy to be with Maryjane again, he took her death very hard. I know he never got over it.
