To the family of Michael. God Bless all of you in these trying times. Remember all the good times with Mike. Though I haven't seen Mike for about 20 yrs. I often thought about him and his brothers and what they are doing these days. I used to help out at the old Surf Club. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers. God Bless.

The prayers for healing are meant to the children of a man that was so proud and loved of all of you so much. Carry that Love in your hearts and he will never leave you. Saturday morning, 9/27, Leann and I stood at the door of the ambulance in Buzzard Bay and I can still hear him telling her "Leann, I'll be fine, come take a ride with dad.." Never did I think he would be gone the following weekend. Mike and Leann were my protector the last 3 years always riding behind me keeping me safe. The miles he road this summer with us. He loved riding his new Harley Davidson motorycycle. I don't know what I am going to do without him being there as our friend, Vice President of Station 777, and spending every weekend riding. My heart is in pain.

To me Mike is family, perfect in his friendship, loving, generous, happy with a great sense of humor, adventurous and humble. He often spoke of his children with love and pride. His son Ryan the navy man, his son Mike the fire fighter, and daughter Leann they were his reason for getting up every day. I knew mike for seven months and I envy all of you who knew him longer. At 61 he had the energy of a man half his age, we rode our bikes and lived this last summer as free spirits, going to places and seeing things that brought him joy. I know he wouldn't have changed a thing, he was so happy, I wish you all could have rode with him. The loss of mike will leave a hole that cant be filled. I loved Mike and always will, he will ride in my heart till I climb on my scoot in heaven and there we will once again ride like true brothers side by side and filled with pride.
