V. Vitale Obituary

VITALE, V. Jane (DeLuca) 86 of Osterville, formerly of Dedham, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, October 7, 2008. Born in Providence, RI, the only child to Stephano DeLuca and Lucia Martellini DeLuca of Italy, she was the wife of the late Ralph Vitale. She is survived by three children, Stephen Vitale and partner Leisa Binette, Millis, MA, Barbara Vitale and husband, John McGrath, No. Attleboro, MA, and Susan DiGeronimo and husband Stephen, Osterville, MA. Grandmother of Lauren Vitale, Jamaica Plain and Christopher Vitale, No. Attleboro. Visiting hours will be at John-Lawrence Funeral Home, 3778 Falmouth Road, (Route 28), MARSTONS MILLS from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9; Memorial Service at John Lawrence Funeral Home 9:30 a.m. Friday, October 10 with internment to follow at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Memorial donations may be sent to the Women's Lunch Place, P.O. Box 1130, Boston, MA 02117 or Pine Street Inn Women's Shelter, 444 Harrison Avenue, Boston, MA 02118.
