BIRARELLI, Leo A. Of Everett, Oct. 8, beloved husband of the late Helen (Berardino). Dear and devoted father of Georgann Marino of Salem, Marianne Birarelli of Everett, Carla Birarelli of Wayland and the late Leo, Jr. Brother of Fr. Carl Birarelli of Sarasota, FL. Gilda Ebert of Medford and the late Elvira Puopolo. Loving "Puppy" of Paul Marino of Newton and Marjorie Marino of Everett and loving "Nonno" of Mario and Matteo Marino. Funeral from the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Saturday morning at 8. Funeral Mass in St. Anthony's Church, Oakes St., Everett, at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 p.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Late member of the Everett-Saugus Lodge of Elks #642; E Club of Everett, and the US Naval Foundation. Retired water meter reader, City of Everett. Late Navy veteran, WW II. My buddy Leo, of whom i have been friends with for the past 20 years, and enjoyed having breakfast with at the sunshine on main street for ten years...who would give me a ride when i needed it, and would talk to him about his old navy days.and the ship that went down that he lost a lot of navy buddies on...back in WWII...He certainly missed his wife and kid..Hope to meet him again sometime.....

WHEN I WAS A KID ON MAIN ST EVERETT IN THE 40S LEO WOULD GIVE US KIDS A RIDE IN HIS ARMY JEEP. FROM THE END OF PARLIN ST. TO THE MAIN ST LINE. HE WAS SUCH A GREAT GUY , ONE WHO WILL BE REALLY MISSED. OUR DEEPEST CONDOLANCES GO OUT TO HIS FAMILY DAVE RAVANESI
