CHIOZZI, Dorothy T. (Vargas) Of Medford, October 7, 2008. Beloved wife of Stanley V. Chiozzi. Loving mother of Donna M. Chiozzi of Medford, Robert S. Chiozzi and his wife Margaret of ME and Thomas J. Chiozzi of Tewksbury. Sister of John Vargas of Peabody and the late Evelyn Hoover, Lillian Blackwell. Edward and Albert Vargas. Dear grandmother of Brian F. Chiozzi. Dear sister-in-law of Richard Chiozzi and his wife Margo and children Christopher and Anthony. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Procession from the George L. Doherty Funeral Home 855 Broadway, (Powder House Sq.), SOMERVILLE Saturday morning at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Clement Church, Medford at 9 o'clock. Relatives and friends invited. Much love and many prayers are sent to all of you as you move from a sense of loss to a place of peace and beautiful memories of Dorothy. I think we can all live by Dorothy's words to "Be good, be careful, and pay attention." Not only the three of you, but those of us who were with you at any time when leaving your house as children were always sent off with that admonition. If you think about it, it's a great philosophy of life. God bless all of you, especially my dear friend of over 50 years who devoted so much of your own life to making sure that Dorothy's life remained beautiful.
