O'NEILL Mary A. (Waters) 81, of Ipswich, and formerly of Peabody and Concord, died on Monday, October 13, 2008. Wife of the late Francis L. O'Neill. Mother and mother-in-law of Mary Jane O'Neill, M.D. of Ipswich, James E. and Kristen O'Neill of Carlisle PA and Francis L. O'Neill of CA; sister of Edward L. Waters of Peabody and James E. Waters of Satellite FL; grandmother of Natalie and Kathleen of PA and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late James T. and Mary E. (Coughlin) Waters. Her funeral will be held on Friday, October 17, 2008 at 10 a.m. from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., (facility) PEABODY followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in St. John the Baptist Church, 16 Church St., Peabody. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours are Thursday from 3 to 7 PM. Burial in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, Concord MA.
