Elaine and I were graduates of St. Jean's Grammar School back in 1967. I still have our class picture taken in front of the church with Fr. Barrett and Fr. Larry. My memories of Elaine date back to around 1963 when she was the last student standing on stage in front of the entire student body in a French Spelling Bee. I distinctly recall all the applause she received as she spelt each word correctly, being the last student who was being challenged with harder and harder words. I have the 14 year old Elaine in my mind along with fond memories of a simpler life back then! My deepest regrets for your loss of Dear Elaine.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
