Carolyn was always there when I need her, she always knew the right things to say cheer me up. Besides been a good mother and grandmother, she was my best friend. She is going to be miss. her smile and good sense of humor could light up a room. She always though about others before thinking of herself. She was an inspiration to be around and someone that I look up too. I loved her very much and she will be missed.

Dear Cynthia,
I am so sorry to hear of another loss for you. I did not know Carolyn as an adult but I sure remember the Russell family and Park Street when we were all much, much younger. So many fond memories of us all growing up together and hanging out at the "park". Things sure were simpler in those days. Your sister Carolyn was a very giving and successful woman. I'm sure she will be sadly missed by many.
With love,

Carolyn was a great friend and co-worker. She always had us laughing, no matter how difficult the situation was. Her dedication to her patients was the hallmark of her practice. She truly loved being a nurse, and her contributions to nursing in the cardiac intensive care unit at Children's will never be forgotten.

Cynthia and Billy - another terrible loss. I am so very, very sorry. Growing up next door, Carolyn was party to many high jinx Cynthia and I were up to, like sneaking bedding out of her house so Cynthia and I could sleep outside in my backyard without Mr. Russell knowing. My thoughts and prayers are with both of you as you try to come to grips with your losses.

Dear Billy and Cynthia:

I will always have fond memories of cousin Carolyn. As a kid at family gatherings I looked up to her for her spunk and independence and as an adult I admired her dedication to her vary challenging work. I'm so sorry that you have to bear another loss in a tough year.

All my love,

She was my best friend. You never wanted to put the two of us at the same table in a crowded room, we got loud and obnoxious. This girl really new the meaning of crap in a bag, mom and dad's septic line didn't drain and carolyn and I installed a new one. I'm really going to miss those Sunday phone calls, sharing the dirt from West Coast to East Coast. I really miss you alot, love your little baby brother.
