Mr. Mitchell,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the USN during the Korean War as a "Tin Can Sailor" aboard the destroyer USS Purdy. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

So sorry I can't make it but the family will be there. so many nice memories when we were young...With 6 yrs between us I idolized him. I know you will miss him so much, as all that knew him will.
