Doris Brenton Obituary

STRICKLAND BRENTON, Doris V. (Harris) Age 84, of Salem, NH died Sun. Oct 19th at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA Doris grew up in Medford graduating from medford High School and Boston Business School. Doris was predeceased by her husbands Arthur R. Strickland and Reginald S. Brenton. Survived by son; Donald Strickland of Felton, DE, daughter; Jean and her husband Robert Drolet of Salem, NH, sister; Janet Strickland of Medford, MA, grandchildren; Emily Wall, Ben Drolet, Andrea Pickle & Rachel Strickland. She is also survived by many wonderful great grandchildren who were pure joy to her. We all loved her dearly and will miss her forever. Memorial visitation is Thurs. from 4-6 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., SALEN, NH. A Funeral Service will follow at 6 PM. Doris was one of two ladies that greeted me with cold drinks when I was moving in to Kensington over 3 yrs. ago. She became a good friend and I will miss her terribly.
