It's now over a year since I last saw your beautiful smiling face - and now another Christmas without you. You always loved Christmas, always had to have a part in picking out the tree. Oh, and as you got older, what beautiful, thoughtful gifts you gave to those you loved. I pray every day that God and all family members up there are taking care of you. I miss you so much.

It doesn't seem like a year has passed. I still expect to see Paul pull up on 17 with a big smile on his face. His absence is felt every day. We miss you Paul.

Father God, cover me with Your camouflage; hide me under Your wings; and let Your truth be my shield and buckler against the fiery darts—the lies—of the enemy.
Lord Jesus, help me not to be afraid of terrorists' attacks in the night; or weapons that fly by day; or sicknesses that walk in darkness; or destruction that wastes at noonday.
O Holy God, though a thousand fall at my side, and ten thousand fall at my right hand; please let it not come close to me and my companions.

I am so sad and sorry for your Loss.
The kids loved to hang out with Paul at your house or my house. Lots of games and football in the yard. They acted like brothers, laughing, crying,and teasing each other. We all remember Paul's sweet smile and his goodness. We will miss him.

As a fellow classmate of Paul’s at BCH, he was as genuine, kind hearted and good natured as someone could possibly be. As the years past, I would see him from time to time and he hadn’t changed at all, he was still joking and smiling just as I had always remembered. Hopefully, the warm gestures and kind words that everyone has left on Paul’s behalf can help offer some comfort during this difficult time. Paul and I would hang out from time to time when we were younger...He was always such a gentleman and a beautiful person. I was lucky enough to know Paul for alot of years, through sports in Hyde Park as well as mutual friends. I had been out of touch with him for years up until the last 6 months when I had the pleasure of hanging out with him in Both Los Angeles and New York as well as in Boston.
