Amalia Rossi Obituary

ROSSI, Amalia (Antonelli) Of Virginia and formerly of East Boston on Oct. 21, 2008. Beloved wife of the late John G. Rossi. Loving mother of Janice Rossi Carr and her husband David of Woodbridge, Virginia. Cherished grandmother of David J. Carr and his wife Cher of Montclair, Virginia and Melissa Lazcano and her husband Henry of Manassas, Virginia; great-grandmother of Zachary and Colton Carr. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from The Rapino Memorial Home, 9 Chelsea St., EAST BOSTON, on Monday at 9am, followed by a Funeral Mass to be celebrated in Most Holy Redeemer Church, Maverick St., East Boston, at 10am. The family will receive visitors on Sunday from 4-8pm. Services will conclude with interment in St. Michael Cemetery, Roslindale. Donations in Amalia's memory may be made to: Alzheimer's Association, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472. The Rapino Memorial Home 617-567-1380
