Dear Joan, Nina and Lenny,
We were so sad to learn about Hutch. Memories immediately flooded my thoughts; memories of him in our so-called "mother's" group. These memories made me smile. I MET JIMMY IN JUNIOR HIGH LOUIS FRYE WAS MY BOY FRIEND AT THE TIME AND WE WERE ALL FRIENDS GROWING UP THRU JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL AND LATER ON. MY DEEPEST CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS AT THIS TIME. I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS HE WAS A GREAT GUY. THE LAST TIME I SAW JIMMY WAS IN VENICE, CA IN THE LATE SEVENTIES EARLY 80'S.

Jimmy was more than a friend, he was my brother. We met on the playground at Tucker School when we were little kids, after school he took me home to meet his mom and dad, he shared his life and his family with me and I with him. So many years have passed by sense then but it seems like only yesterday. I was so happy for him on his wedding day, because I knew he had found his soul mate in Joan and that they were perfect for one another. I will miss you Hutch and I will think of you often until we meet again my friend.
Joan, what can I say to you that you don't already know. Your loss is beyond any words. If there's anything I can do, please let me know.
You and your family are in my prays.

We knew Jimmy when we were kids and he lived on Fourth St. He used to play with us at the Common. We're sad to hear of his untimely passing and wish to extend our sympathy to his family
