COHEN-KORINS, Gwendolyn (Halfond) Entered into rest Oct. 30, 2008. Of Swampscott, formerly of Peabody and Pompano Beach, FL. Beloved wife of the late Oscar Cohen and Elliot Korins. Devoted mother of Paul K. and his wife Jane Korins of Marblehead, Richard and his wife Myra Korins of Salem. Cherished grandmother of Jodi Osgood, Jennifer Frontero, Laurie Baral, Eric Korins and 8 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of the late Jean Rowe, Charlotte Atchikoff, Samuel Halfond and Ruth Werbin. Graveside services at the Ahabat Sholom Memorial Park, Cemetery Rd., (off Route 114 West) Danvers, on Friday, Oct. 31 at 2:30 p.m. Memorial Observance following the services on Friday only at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Korins. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be donated to the Jewish Rehabilitation Center for Aged, 330 Paradise Rd., Swampscott, MA 01907. Dear Paul, Richie and Korins Family

Carol, Donny and I are incredibly saddened by Aunt Gwenny's passing. She was an important part of our lives as we grew up. She will always be remembered as a loving and wonderful friend. We were particularly touched by her attendance at our own Mother's passing a few months ago.
