JOHANSEN, Claudia (Pettinati) Of Medford, Oct. 30, 2008. Loving mother of Joseph Mondello of Methuen formerly of Medford, Geoffrey Mondello of Stoneham and Wayne Mondello of Arlington. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral from the Cincotti Funeral Home, 421 High St., MEDFORD, on Monday at 9:00am. Funeral Mass in St. Raphael's Church, 512 High St., at 10 o'clock. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery. Parking with attendant adjacent to funeral home. Visiting hours Sunday 4-8PM. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to St. Raphael's Church Rectory, 38 Boston Avenue., Medford, MA 02155. Cincotti Funeral Home Medford, MA 781-395-4638

We give thanks and praise to God for Mama's long and full life, for all her motherhood brought to her family and for the love that shone out of her in the autumn of her life.
