My sincere regrets on the passing of your father. I appreciate your thinking to inform me at what must be such a difficult time. I'm sure you were a great support and comfort to him. Given the mensch of a son and person that you are, he must have been a wonderful father as well.

Alan, I'm sorry to hear about your dad, yet another short-term tenant in his latter years at 100 Centre St. While I didn't know him, he had to be pretty damn good to have a son like you. I know you were a devoted son, and I'm sure you brought him lots of pride. Good luck adjusting to your loss.
