I was so saddened and stunned by the loss of Judy. I met Judy through tennis about ten years ago and always knew her to be competitive and fair. As a USTA captain I admired her ability to manage several teams, keep everyone happy and stay organized. I had no idea she was so accomplished in the medical field-she certainly was humble. I find myself thinking about her every day. She was kind to me when my daughter faced a serious medical situation and never forgot to ask how she was doing. She will be missed. Deb werchadlo

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Troll, Diane and the rest of Judy's family: Here is a quote which gave me small consolation when there were no words..."They whom we love and lose are no longer where they were before. They are now, wherever we are." (St. John Chrysostom) Love, peace and God Bless you all! Roland and Joyce (Banas) Bourdeau

I was introduced to Judy about three years ago at Forecourt. I admired her great love for the game of tennis. She was full of energy and life! We had some great conversations about her family and her work experiences. We would periodically bump into each other at Cafe Assisi. This was fun as we would exchange our menu choices & favorite dishes. It felt like such an honor to be invited to play on the same court as Judy. I know she will be missed by so many... My prayers are with her husband and daughters!

Judy kept the loses on her shoulders, always making us feel like winners. Judy orchestrated one of the best summers I've ever had! I'll miss her and forever remember the good times we shared.

I have known Judy through tennis at Fore Court for nearly 10 years. We played on the 3.0 womens senior league this summer and we got to spend a weekend in Springfield, where I met Judy's mom and dad and daughter and husband. I am truly sorry to you all for your loss.

We are good friends of Jon's parents, George and Sondra Brucks. The shock of hearing this news is still beyond belief. We met Judy only once but will always recall her graciousness which left a lasting impression. Others that knew her well will have many stories to add but we just wanted to let the family know that we are so deeply saddened to learn of her passing. She left her mark on this world with such outstanding achievements.

Judy touched so many lives. She was an unbelievable friend & captain & I still cannot understand why she was taken from us. Maybe God was putting together a 3.5 team in heaven and needed her to Captain another winning team. We will all miss her & the tennis circle will never be the same.

Thanks Judy for all of your love and friendship.

Jon, Kaity & Natalee, I am so sorry for your tragic loss.

Dear Jon and family:
It was with great sadness that I read David's email conveying the message of your loss. I know you all must be struggling with this change in your life. I did not know Judy personally, only of her accomplishments as a tennis player through Jon's stories. I am truly moved by the contributions as a healthcare professional that Judy is credited with. I know what those credentials and accomplishments mean to so many. I only wish I could have experienced the benefit of her knowledge firsthand. Your family, the healthcare community and the world at large has lost a special person. My heartfelt sympathies go out to you Jon, and your family. You are in my prayers.
