I'm so sorry to hear that Loie passed. Loie is my 'other mother' who showed me it was possible for a woman to laugh and enjoy life, keep a family together and maintain her dignity despite the difficulties that life brings. She is always in my heart. Love you,

Dear Reggie and Patty,
Please accept my condolences on the loss of your lovely mother. I thought of Loie all day today and smiled. She will be remembered for her warm ways and her love and acceptance of all kinds of people. She was so much fun to be around with her sense of humor and love of a good time! She was a second mother to the Fitzgerald girls and we each have warm memories of her, as well as, the beautiful Mrs Kenney, Reggie, the big brother we always wanted and Patty, our official fourth sister! Dear Patty and Reggie
I was so sad to hear that Lois has passed. I will always remember her in her pedal pushers, sipping a Pepsi on a Saturday taking a break from cleaning. She was a true original. You were lucky to have had her for a mother. I wll fondly remember Loie! Love Maureen Fitzgerald Foley
