Marion C. Fitzpatrick

FITZPATRICK, Marion C. (Keenan) 81, of West Harwich died Nov 8 at Epoch of Brewster surrounded by her family. Marion was born and raised in Cambridge, Ma. and graduated from St Anne's Academy in Marlboro, Ma. She received her nursing degree from St Elizabeth's Hospital in Brighton and became the first full time nurse in the Middlesex County Courthouse and for many years was the school nurse in the Waltham school system. She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing golf here on the Cape. Formerly of Cambridge , Waltham and Mesa Arizona, she has been a resident of W. Harwich since 1960. She leaves her devoted husband James R. Fitzpatrick, a daughter Gail Smith and her husband Ben of Holliston,Ma., son Thomas K. Fitzpatrick of Mesa Arizona and the late James Fitzpatrick, Jr. She also leaves her daughter-in-law Linda Fitzpatrick of Waltham. Her grandchildren Kerri, Eric , Lauren and Andrew Smith. Erin and Nicole Fitzpatrick. Two sisters Irene Crowley Healy of S. Harwich and Anna Dixon of North Reading. Funeral from the Doane Beal & Ames Funeral Home, 260 Main St W. HARWICH on Wednesday Nov 12 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass at Holy Trinity Church W. Harwich at 10am. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours on Tues Nov 11 from 2-4 & 6-8pm. Interment will be in Mass National Cemetery in Bourne, Ma.
